In the year 1960, Walter Kleiniest was born in Druckalagen, Austria.
He was born of an educated family, his mother being a teacher, and his
father being the Dean at the Salzberg University.
In 1987, Kleiniest graduated from the University of California in Los
Angeles with honors in Bio-Chemistry, Astrophysics, Genetic Science and
Psychophysics. With a small grant, he began to work on a theory which
had interested him all through his studies...VIBRASENSE, the energy in
emotions given off by any living matter.
When the wars came, he continued his work, shut off from the world with
his team of scientists.

With the discovery of the VIBRACON GLOBE, Kleiniest was given high classifications

the first Star Drive Rocket he helped to launch, raced towards
the stars.
