Today I witnessed the I.G.T.B. blasting off on their Universal
quest. I know that in congratulating you, the whole near Galaxy share
my feelings. We have instigated the construction of an Orbital Entertainment
Dome which will be completed for when the Band returns to a
welcome home concert, in the year 3077.
You will be pleased to know that, with a unanimous vote, the
council have elected you a chair among our ranks. I look forward to
