This song is special!
I can actually see the Robot Salesman arrive in his Dome Ship and perform his lines along with his menagerie of robots. The robot chorus is incredible! I believe it directly stimulates the optical nerves in the brain because I can almost see them lined up behind the salesman, singing and dancing and showing off, eager to be purchased by some fortunate customer. Just imagine! If there were such robots, how would our lives change! Science fiction is loaded with warnings about it. But I think that the human spirit would adapt to it well enough. All of modern technology is geared to freeing man from drudgery so that he can pursue more creative passtimes. Robots would be the next logical step. Except, maybe we might go too far after all. If robots are made to give us what we could only otherwise get from each other, then would't we become obsolete? It would seem that the  do
